I caught my husband looking at point of americas condos for sale online last week, and I could not be more excited. I do not think he was just casually looking, either. I do not like to snoop around on his computer too much, but he recently got a big promotion at work, and we have seen a great improvement in his salary from that next step in his career path. With any luck, we could use a condo to our advantage as well, and not just for fun. The entire family loves that area, so I know that we will save a lot by having a place of our own, rather than renting each and every time we or a family member heads down there. But we may also be able to rent the condo out, and I am hoping that such an arrangement would nearly pay for itself that way.
