I was looking for a good property for sale that I can buy because I got tired of paying rent. I wanted to have a place that I can call my own. I realized that if all those rent payments that I made were paid to a mortgage plan, then I’d probably have a place of my very own place by now.

One day, I was driving down the street when I saw a sign that advertised a beachfront property for sale. I have always wanted a beachfront property so I called up the agent and asked if I can view the property. We set an appointment and I went to see the place.

When I first laid eyes on the place, I fell in love with it. The agent offered me another residential property for sale but I only wanted the beachfront property. I was already ready to buy it. I asked the agent to prepare all the papers that I needed to sign and then I started to ready the payment. I was already settled that I will buy that property.

However, something happened that led me to change my decision. I was walking down the street where I found the beachfront property when I saw a lovely house. It’s also facing the beach. It has a nice garden. It has a nice front porch. The only problem is that instead of “house for sale” sign, what was posted outside the gate was a “house for rent” sign.

I called up the number indicated in the sign and spoke to a real estate agent. The owner was living in Europe so I asked for his contact number. I asked him to sell the property to me. He was hesitant at first but I was able to convince him. So, I told the agent that I will be buying the other property instead. Now, I live in that property and I am happy with my purchase.
